Spins this week !! Updated

Well its kinda fecked up because of the racing both XC and DH..
We have Tuesdays savage XC spin, only suitable for serious XC racers, i'm afraid.
Thursday 19th 5.30 at Djouce with myself and Carol, won't be savage, we'll do some of the singletrack again from Sundays DTC, there won't be a savage 7.00 job as that won't help anybody racing Sunday.
If people want to come this Thursday and can't make it till 6.00 we can hang around benchcut getting the corners wired and meet you there, let me know,

Ok heres the dealio
5.30 at Djooce with me and Carol. I'm going to do the best bits of the DJC ( Not going up the top of the red road)
7.00 At Djooce with the usual *******oes with Alfie.

Il be there a bit earlier on Thurs and then will hook up at 5.30. Might even get away with no lights....

i'm going to head down a bit earlier i'll meet you for 5.30.can i pick up that jersey from you richie ?is there a spin on saturday? killarney is too far from holles st for me,if not is anyone interestedin saturday spin

we won't be going savage..just handy and nice and pleasant but non stop..I'm looking forward to riding the 2 new sections on a proper mountainbike after pedaling a boat last Sunday around the place..
