starting from biking hut at 9am for a tour de ticknock, aiming for 3h with little to no stops, will try to keep moving faster and cover as much ground as I can, post if you will be there

Thanks Rafal, great spin, we went up over tibradden on the way back, 1000m if climbing, not too shabby!

Woah well done erica etc. ! Great day , climbs were tough , downs were awesome , cudnt ask for more. Was sorry to leave after 2 hours but the rushed legging it cycle over from town took more out of me than I realised. 3 hours in the bag today so all good. Everyone was biking like champions today. Great spin, thanks Rafal!

Super spin thanks Rafa some tough climbing particularly the water bar climb near the end, was pretty wrecked by then...Got through it then topped the spin off with a v nice burger and chips in lambs with Alan.... Till next time!
