Great spin thismorning (apart from the puddles and the ffffreezing toes) Jesus those coillte trails are actually like streams!

A lot of trails covered. Cold and wet but a deadly morning to be out, except for the three separate attempts at fixing one puncture. No names shall be mentioned!. Nearly four hours on the bike and jaysus it certainly feels like it now. Zombie town! I think it's time for a hot port.

Just going to say It - 3rd time lucky finally survived (just about) a Sunday spin! Great stuff this morning loads of new trails for me, constant pain and struggle for the last hour and a bit what more would you want. Thanks guys.

That was a brilliant spin lads, lots of ground covered. I like to try my hand at the Sunday spins once in a while to test myself, you fellas just seem to finish stronger than when you started - the pace just grinds up relentlessly. I was fairly fooked by the time we were climbing Cruagh. Still great to hang in there and finish it out over 4 hours for me - loved it - nice one!
