Great spin boys. Once we got onto the mountain we were up out of the fog, looking down on the city under a blanket of the stuff. Deadly looking. Not a breadth of wind and clear skies for a short but sweet rip around and all back in one piece.

Found that really tough last night what with the soft ground and my first midweek spin since before Christmas, I could feel every muscle aching, even in my hips and the hips don't lie :-) Route was brilliant and the downy bits were amazing trying to stay upright while sliding galore. Thanks lads
