Great spin with Bon Jack Colm and Vinny. Bon's showed me how to repair a puncture with superglue. Brilliant suss. Alfie should be stocking super glue now i think. Probably handy for carbon frames as well. Very slompy but great loop. I had to bail earlier than the lads so presumably they had some mega crack when I left
