Anyone around during the day for spins?

I’m not working for February and possibly a bit longer so am going to try to get my lazy ass back on a mountain bike. I’m planning on getting fit and getting out on the bike mornings during the week.
I thought that I’d post this on the off chance that someone may be free to come on a spin.
I’m free from about 9:30 till about 13:30 every day so starting tomorrow morning I’ll be going hopefully two or three times every week. Pace will be slow but I plan to get a bit faster.

I managed a first attempt today, two very slow hours up 3 Rock where I bumped into Ben and slowed him down for a bit.
