Sunday 11th @9am marlay mtb

Great spin but I felt broken for most of it.due to lack of fitness Playing catch up is never easy but when u stop and are half way through a leak and then the lads decide to head on.cnuts. What did i do to deserve such abuse. Like a form of mtb torture. Still I enjoyed it so ill stop moaning. It was one of the coldest spins I've ever been on. My bike actually had a layer of frozen mud/ice on it. Cheers

class spin as always was a cold one for sure so much craic even quinlann stopped moaning at one stage!

I've just thawed out now and the fingers are working again. I took the long way home (leadmines) and had a good oul action packed spin..not even cold. But then spent the afternoon out the front fixing a broken cable on the car window...that killed me!
