Best to book online alright, you can chance turning up and pay at the door but the classes are pretty busy at the moment given winter etc. Peter May runs it, he's in MAD and a good lad to boot

Yeah the pedals are double sided, one side is for spds. I wear my mucky mtb shoes. Good old fashioned flats with straps on the flip side available if you wish
