Tropic Bank Holiday weekend madness, craic on the bikes around the Devil's Glen, there'll be bogs, trails, fields and a coffee stop (bring money cos we'll stop for coffee on the way home), what more would you want!

Ah yes, everyone clearly has their race heads on :-) nutella sambos and brownies. Why not chocolate brownies covered in nutella? cuts out on some of the carbs...
