Yep, coming from Carrickmines and planning on passing Lambs at about 6:15.

That was amazing. Fantastic evening to be out on the bike. Left a little ahead of the lads who caught me in the mini bog. They were taking it steady and towed me through. Flat out down bag of chips and then left the lads ar knocksink and took the road home.

Yeah, great evening to be on the bike. The loop was riding really well, except for the Bog of Death which was boggy and deathy. Gave it socks on the way around but the lads caught me near the Scalp but I had nothing left to keep up.

We saw a baby deer on the road, I hope he's ok and he found his Ma.

Great spin. Great company. Long may summer last!
