Well that was the Saturday SUNNY Super Spin. Great bunch of people out. Pity the lads had to bail early, they missed all the best bits. Special mention for Caroline, she had the option to bail too but she stuck with it right til the end; I'm impressed.

Thanks folks. Great spin, pity I had to head off early. Destroyed my rear mech on the river walk of all places.

What an awesome spin! 3hrs 30mins of blue skies, technical trails, scenic climbs and capped off with a nice easy trail along the river in powerscourt.... Definitely one to do again... Nice one Colm!!

Thanks Colm the weather & trails were just too tempting to leave behind. Completely banjaxed now, had to have a bath for the sore leg muscles but what a day ! Cheers all

thanks Colm - that was a fantastic spin, I was mojo-less but enjoyed it nonetheless, the weather , the company, the trails all freaking historic.

Of course when you are having a 'mare in the saddle what do you do? You go to Expert Cycles and get a debonair air system upgrade for your fork so you have some extra brain ammo the next time (and a bucket load of new bearings - every time my left foot pedaled there was a 5mm shift to the left, no wonder I was rubbish)
