Down the boneshaker in an incredible 4 x race between me, Luke, Al S and Damo..I doubt mr lapierre would appreciate the abuse my Carbone is getting.
But Team-Rocky Mountain/Tk-Maxx/AIG are here and burning up and down the mountains .
Al S won this weeks spin, but Jacks expanding eyebrows caused him to go bang !! However as his personal coach i forced him not to dab all the way up the back of fairy castle..fair play Jack..

feck, bang indeed. i think i was on my fourth wind by the end..! but thanks richie for the coaching up the last few climbs. I was just hanging on to the bike on the final decents. so many near crashes. but still a deadly spin...
