Well, what a great day for a spin up Scarr, all a bit tired from Enduro'ing/XC'ing, apart from Omar, Colm and Keith!

Dry dusty trails back down to Laragh..

Oh.. and don't talk to Keith when he's cycling as he tends to fall into the bushes!

Aw wud Of loved to be there , I took a few piriton antihistamines last night as I have about 20 midget bites but think they literally knocked me out as I felt way too tired to get up & out this morning. Never again ! Hopefully c some of yez Wednesday eve
