Great evening for a spin. Ben caught me just before knocksink. I proceeded to have one of my worst runs through the forest but pushed hard on the road to get back in 2 hours. I even managed to drop Ben for all of 2 seconds :-) never did catch Vinnie...
Great chilled out spin down the back of the class with Mick, Paul and then a guest appearance from Mickkky for the second half. Still not feeling the love for the bog of death, it did it's best to swallow my phone but thankfully Mick thwarted it. Great night to be out on the bike, cheers folks!
