thanks to Alan and Colm, everyone must have hit the beer gardens last night, what a spin, unreal weather - we did 'mars' in Crone twice and the associated lower trails (from Djouce no less) then up past the water fall desperation and home.

flies were loving Colm and Alan - I was soaked in DEET that helped a lot! was in so much pain for the climbing by the time we got to Douce again, Garmin says 4 hours and 1,339 m of climbing - however the others said a bit less. I was still FLAKED. I have the hunger of the ages on me and the tiredness of a old dog, yet it was worth every minute -

First time for me doing trails in Crohn. They were bleedin deadly.

Weather was perfect. Ill take flies over midges any day.

Thanks Harri and Colm for awesome spin. I was so hungry after it i went to eddie rockets for burger, chips and vanilla malt with extra malt. Savaged it.

Fell asleep on couch at 10pm tryimg to watch a movie. Im getting old :)
