Spin over, ok it's up more than over, very up infact to Derrybawn ridge! It's tough to get there but spectacular when you do, need to get rolling at 9.20 sharp to avoid the walkers, bring water and coffee money, defo get your lazy ass out of bed early and up ta Wickla for this....

We're hopping on the Green road from Laragh side so we'll be up in the wilds in no time, far away from everyone.
No club gear tomorrow people, we're just friends on bikes for this one!
