Is steady fast a notch up from Chris steady / or the same as
Chris's steady or is there a touch of handy to this steady ?

think the no hand holding comes from the lads memories of the school yard being lined up in pairs holding hands and always getting the girl who had just wiped the green snot of her nose with her hand …..

Marko it means steady no stopping, good pace and no waiting so it’s up to you not to get dropped.
Not a good idea to get dropped on the open mountain if you don’t know the way.

we had the spin of the century

Mick, Ronan, Marko, Andrew, Willets and myself were on the bikes at 6:45 as instructed for the Camaderry spin - first time for me, its an awesome loop! We thought you lads would catch us so we headed on, but we were obviously way too fast - overtook the Giant lads and they had a half hour head start on us (with a guest appearance from Gary Kidson hmmm ).

Deadly night on the bike, cheers folks!

haha... sure they are all spins of the century...Myself and Andrew took in the dig and ride jumps first and then met that lads on the road. 30mins on the button from the carpark to where the trail ends on the road. Good to know if you are early for a glendo spin. Follow the wicklow way signs up the hill. deadly nigh on the bike...did have a pain in my hoop on the way up due to holiday access baggage!...
