Cahir Sunday 29th

I think most people will be heading down to Cahir this weekend for some sneaky downhill practice but for anyone that doesn't know we'll be down there on Sunday. I'm planning to try get there for around 10-10.30. I’ll have space in the car but will probably be going from Kildare so if your near let me know. I'll see you all there on Sunday or if you’re not coming Sunday make sure to get there for the NPS the week after. Cheers Adam.

Well it was great to see all the epic lads and lassies down in Cahir today. I really enjoy the track, there has been a serious amount of work put in to get it flowing a lot better and when the rain came it still held up really well. There are some big things on the track but everything has a second line around it so don't be put off by them, the track is amazing and everyone should get down to the race next weekend it should be a cracker.

Good to see loads of Epic folk giving it socks today at Cahir, despite the rain. Amazing how it got greasy when the rain first came down and then started riding better after being wet for a while. I had a frustrating day on the bike (not to mention a loss of my usual calm equilibrium when I discovered I'd forgotten to bring trousers to get changed into) but still looking forward to the race next week. Really have to do as Al would say and "man up" when it comes to some of those jumps.

Sylvia & Nat are flying - definitely the ones to watch this season.

Interesting experience on the way home, in Ballybrack the car decided two gears was a lot more fun than six, had to limp home in 3rd & 4th. Bloody French rubbish.

the highlight of the day was definitely Silvia's penguin dancing tip. That'll gets the blood flowing on a cold spin!
