If i had a bar of soap i would of been able to wash myself in my own sweat, i pushed hard but its still not enough to keep up with Alfie's sunday stroll pace. BON didnt engage in Chinese chat as he new i would be suffering up that death climb to fairy castle. Alfie hops around on rocks like he is bouncing around on a pogo stick , last week i said i would be able to keep going only for the pace was to fast, well Alfie was kind enough to wait and i did complete thursdays loop and i was exhausted.Colm had a full day of climbing in his legs from the saturday spin but Colm somehow can just keep going , i was like a smackhead zombie from the walking dead by the time we finished . It has been tough for me to try and do these spins and very painfull but it reminds of the days when i started cycling with Epic so many years ago for some reason i love a bit of suffering. Thanks a million Alfie and lads for waiting for me it must be frustrating for the thoroughbred horses when a shetlin pony turns up. Cheers lads for the company the coffee and cake revived me.

good to see a couple of heads trying to make the jump across to the sunday spin, not a bother on muiris and marko some craic when we walked into the coffee shop and the waitress seen the head on marko and started to laugh at him.
the lemon drizzle won the cake wars and we were all home on time for the eastenders omnibus deadly buzz altogether
