Don't know about the slippery conditions ,but I'll give it a go.

First time in the wet in about 2 months! Was class. I'll be wishing for the dust again before the weeks out though.

Didn't feel right all week hence missing thursday spin , still not right , i would normaly push through the pain but just couldnt spin the legs and getting out of breath very quickly on the single track. Pulled the ejector cord early didnt want to slow you lads up.im determined to get up to speed on these spins . Thanks lads for the encouragement to keep going, yiz are a sound crew . Bon thanks for the jellies Ru sorry for not hanging in there with ye . I do hate cutting spins short . Cheers lads and Alfie for organising see you on thursday.

I feel your pain Marko, I was wrecked after last Sunday’s Ticknock spin. Thought it was dehydration, got worse as the week went on. Ended up in hospital. Got some weird virus, flu like and could barely walk. Getting out today hopefully.

Jaysus Muris thats fooked it really got you bad , hospital you must of looked like me after the spin a zombie smakehead from rhe walking dead.are you a 100 % now.

Still have arthritic like pain in some joints but feeling way better. No exercise for two more weeks which will hurt the most.

Jeez muiris, get better soon, defo never doing a Sunday spin now :)
