Great Spin - legs are hanging off me now. Downhiller behind me on dreamtrack put the pressure on and I got me the best time ever - basically an almost out of control crash the whole way down....just about managed to stay on the bike ! 2 weeks off the bike and I was right back at square one for fitness though!! Thanks for waiting for me folks - and for the jellys.

Great spin guys. The climb all the up from the end of rocknroll is the business!! A few rounds of that and we would be as fit as anything! Tara you were actually grand lastnight.
