Super Saturday Spin 4th August Djouce 9:30

Thanks Colm unfortunately I had to head too soon when I was enjoying myself - found the brake pin sitting in my car so must have come out before I even started! Ah well sorted now until next time people !

Suuuuper spin. Thanks Colm ! Almost 1000 metres of climbing and some lovely long downhills . Great to get to top of Maulin. Great company too !

Thanks Colm, that was deadly. I'm just about as unfit as i thought I was, but great to get back into it. I was cursing you on the climbs but so worth it for the descents, especially when i caught up with ben on the maulin descent, and told him he was rubbish ba ha ha, sorry ben :) had a pain in my belly from laughing when caroline lost a break pad, which my head still can't comprehend how that happened, the look on Tara's face in that picture says it all! Oh and then Al noticed Caroline dropped a condom out of the bag, I nearly fell off the bike laughing. Brilliant crew out, can't wait for the next one!l

For the record Erica it was an electrolyte tablet in a packet not a condom!!!!! U & Alan are big gobshites, dead when I see u next lol !!!! And I hadn’t tightened the pin enough , didn’t do it with a pliers so it fell out. Ur both on my death hit list now lol
