Ok so! just so I can come up wit some slags for u after u slagged me so much yesterday on the Saturday spin !

Where are you headed from Laragh? Crippled from physio so might not last long on the bike.

Probably head up scar, and then the the kinda jumpy trails, not sure what they are called. There will be bail out points after scar if you aren't feeling up to the whole thing

That was brilliant thanks Erica. Me , Ben , Erica and once we got over the infamous scarr the Adrenalin buzz began. Erica flying it , chasing Ben down & me trying to keep up with them. I’m not sure who won their races but it was smiles all round every time. Amazing descents that just kept coming one after another and not too much more climbing to get to them yay heaven. One of the descents was so good we did it twice - Erica and Ben were sending it over gap jumps on that one. Onto another final descent where Erica and Ben sent it yet again and I was the videoing queen ( as I’m no jumping queen) . Looking forward to that route again , it may have been spin of the year !

Only my second time up Scarr today and about as cloudy as it was last time too. Tough climb up but the descent is fookin amazaballs especially when your effectively doing it blind.

After that we did all the other trails around the place, really enjoyed the jump trails at the end, so much so we did them twice.

High 5's and skids all round.

Class spin, and great company. We took it easy on the climbs, well when I say we, i mean me and Caroline, ben just doesn't seem to have that slow gear. We flew the descents, didn't quite catch ben...next time! Caroline ypu were flying down too, as soon as you get that big bike we are going to do jumps. Where was everyone else today?

Yes Erica definitely looking forward to another big bike soon .... we’ll see if I’m brave enough for the jumps but maybe I just need the right teacher ! Class spin thank you, enjoy France
