That was one classic trail spin . Hardly an official trail in sight all over 3 rock. Fair play to lads . Thanks to Alfie. Couldn't keep the bike on the trails all day and suffered a crash due to no back break but my God I was happy out all morning. Deadly buzz

Managed an extra loop of 3 rock, meeting up with Scott for some down hill stuff. 5 hours spin (Roc training). What else would you be at?
