Sadly I don’t think ill make this my cold is too bad won’t last 3 hours , enjoy

First Saturday spin in a long time. Nice steady pace on the ups and flat out on the downs.

Took the road to Balinastoe, up to the BoardWalks, in to the summit of Djouce, very windy and cold, Flat out down the shale, and on to the grassy decent.
Quick food stop.

On to IronBru (crash , cut leg ) thanks Colm for the First aid.
Bomb hole and over to Leap Frog and on to Stage 3 ( I think) , Outlaw, then Phantom to finish.

Super day in the on the bike with a super bunch of mates.

Thanks Colm for leading us out today. We were all cursing you on the climbs (as usual) but so worth it for the descent. Got blown off the board walks a few times and then nearly blown off the side of djouce, that was after i nearly sent kieran into a ravine, don't know how he saved that one, skillzzzz! Everyone was motoring. Cathy our new recruit had no bother keeping up, hopefully she will be out again.
Great pics ben, eh except for the one where i look like I'm having a poo ha ha.
