Tuesday night spin 6.30 marley park

What a spin.. me, 20pints, steven, paul and ben.
Obviosly ben had gotten his frock caught in the spokes last week so he had to come out with the lads ( and it was great to have him back) and paul took the night off the cx to regale us with stories of beating all the other 6 lads in the meath cyclocross champs at the weekend.
Anyway there was alot of tea coloured water and some mist and then more water some mist again anfmd then water and it was deadly to be out with the lads and we ended the spin with the sketchiest run down clem fandango ever so it was extra deadly xoxoxo

It was great to back , and thanks for having me back , its been a while , some night for it too , nice and wet everywhere , just about dried out now ,
