The First Spin of 2019! New Year's Day, @9.30am Djouce Lower car park....

As we discussed today, we're going to do another Saturday style spin on NYD...

Starting at Djouce and this time more climbing, but more single track too!


Aiming to be out for a Terry Beard standard of 3 hours, but of course for anyone under time pressure can bail out around Powerscourt..


Anyone who fancies a warm up can meet in Enniskerry Village at the Veggie Shop to be rolling up the hill for 9am on the dot.


Trenchy, you better lay off the Sherries on NYE and come out, leave the family in Powerscourt again!

A super 3hr spin to start the year! Dry trails and warm day in January, and a great crew out. Thanks Graham and everyone for leading us around. The coffee stop was well timed to recharge the batteries.

Everyone had a great time coming down the Crone trails, apart from #Timmons or should I say #Nodropperpost!!

We also bumped into the Red Robin and his Worc crew, with Judas Caldwell in tow!

And J.Doris and Ben on a romantic couples spin though the tree's!

Nice one Graham, that was class, except that ski run, saddle spun side ways so with no dropper I couldn't get my ass back, back brake wasn't really working either so massive endo and over the bars, into the trees thank God and not the middle of the trail. So no rider error just so we're clear! Coffee and Kinder Beuno mid spin, what more do you want, class...

great spin, that 'ski slope' is a mojo killer - i tucked in behind Vinny for the next trail after it and all came good again! some serious climbs and descents - a fantastic spin, weather was brilliant and a great crew out. thanks all, 2019 is off to a very positive start! ! ! nice one!
