Feels like ill never get bak biking wit the club! Off sick with the flue, a cough & a cold today from work and I very much doubt ill be better by saturday. Feel so bad I even have great sympathy for the man flu right now! See yez soon I hope & enjoy yourselves
What a day for a spin ! Frosty clear morning. I struggled the whole way around but the downhills were deadly and so worth it. Big crew out and lots of fun.Thanks Terry !

Excellent day out finished off sitting in the sun drinking coffee and being asked by the nice woman if I had had a nice day out and that she looked forward to seeing us in again...…...well some of us not the grumpy ones I suspect
