this spin promises up, down and sideways action, it's going to be muddy fun heaven
we'll do some speed sessioning on the trails and practice some drop offs for those of you who want too!
what a spin! great bunch out - good to see Erica and Glenn back. Everyone was flying - we were hitting everything with aplomb and gusto.
Went across to GOTD for a bit of fun post multiple climbs of Kindlestown, Glenn got a flat and as I looked on amused I saw that I too a had a puncture - luckily with some vigorous pumping I managed to get sealed. About this time a woman came along and said she was from NPWS and we should not be in GOTD on bikes - we didn't say a whole lot but with 2 punctures and 800m of climbing done - we just said we'd head off. None of us believed it was NPWS land - but checking after it is, as we turned around DMAN got a flat too! unreal! Rich was then thinking - he'd be next! and yep we were all running tubeless.
so many new trails that are amazing in GOTD, we were stopped but a man guiding a horse on the way out and he was saying 'have you ridden the trail in there lads? it's amazing, I must do it soon' we were tired and deflated (hardy har har) and headed back to the cars! (to be honest I was simply wrecked at this stage)
got home ate the contents of the fridge - the cold air was something else but the trails were dry and amazing - some really snipery bits, but sun was shining - man it was good - spin of legend!
