For sure Terry. What's the story with parking at the Old Mill pub near Tallaght there and cycling out over the hills - any issues with parking there?

Enjoy. I’ve family up from Cork today. I’m missing some of the best ones lately! Going to get a schnakey local lap in now! See you alll in Belmont next week. Perfect for Saturday folk to gauge how much they have progressed

Thanks Terry. Great spin - had everything - jumps, skids and some impressive uphilling from James at the bombhole! I was happy out with getting 1cm of air ! Awesome !! Tired legs now....

52km 1.4km of climbing 5 and a half hours spinning and 3000 calories monster of a spin. Slade Valley always enjoyable great trails in there. Terry took me on a 'half hour' detour up Seehan to get back to Tallaght , omg what a descent back down absolute class. Great day Terry and a great bunch out. Fantastic!

Was great to be back on a club spin after a long rest. Shoulder felt fine.

Brilliant route Terry.

Caroline you were in flying form today. I was very impressed.

Look forward to next one.
