How did you get on Colm? Very nice evening for it... smells like summer (what with the burning gorse)

I thought that was you trying to keep warm.

I started early because there’s nothing worse than being left behind on the first climb, ya fecker! I didn’t feel too bad after that; I went past a roadie on the tarmac climb and overtook two mountainbikers on the Red Road.
Great night to be out; trails were dusty dry.

The climb up Kilmashogue was steady, second climb was not as steady (kept loosing focus) and the final one up past the blue light was 'grand'. I was nicely tired on the last descent :-). Took a while for the legs to warm up this morning all the same...
