Ha lol Erica ye that phone battery one was completely useless ! But i'd probably infect u all & you dont want that. My energy is crap cycled to rathfarnham today & cudnt even muster up a sprint anywhere. Keep telling myself thats why i struggled up the kickers in djouce on saturday lol. C u next saturday or maybe weds for a spin if im better?

cracking spin, first hour was ballistic! like a race only harder 'cause I didn't want to get dropped! ha ha!

brilliant spin, could barely pedal when I bailed (after nearly 3 hours) - brilliant fun - some amount of people out walking! and dogs like a freaking zoo out there.

Coffee shop wasn't open in Powerscourt anyway Terry, I was gutted! Would of loved to have the time to head on with ye but the pregnant one had me under pressure for time!

Ha ha next time ill try im washing my hair see if that one works : )
