It had everything, even Terry McNipples, PhilT, The Rasher and Adrian Kulhavy!
The "Mustard Maiden" lulled us all into a false sense of security when she led us up towards the best singletrack in Laragh for fun, jumps and skids...
Then came the clanger... The climb up to Scarr summit!
But always well worth it for the descent...
Skipped Brockagh cos I started to see flashes of cold fizzy drinks in front of my eyes!
Well I thought Saturday was spin of the year...this just topped it! Me, Oscar, Mick, Graham, James, nipples, Phil, Adrian, rasher, all the legends out to play. We did what we did on Saturday, rasher nearly fell into a gap jump, but came out smiling, we went over the boulders trail, more lives nearly lost, then headed for scarr. Terry and phil got called in for their dinners. Mega slog up, no dabs....just a teensey weensey bit of a walk ha. Headwind on the descent, although I deont remember a tail wind going up! Memo to self, don't follow Mick's lines, into every hole and rock, craziest line choices ever :)
After that Graham, Adrian and rasher got called in for dinners too, just 4 left, and a belly full of jellies and gels and headed off more more jumps, whoops and skids!
Cracker of a day. Im now taking applications for the Santa Cruz tribe :-D
