What a great spin, loads of skids and laughs!

We discovered that #Timmons prepares for spins by lashing back a load of Irish'd up coffees when he's not knee deep cleaning up baby poop!

Caroline stopped and turned herself and her bike upside down to double check her bike, and yes, she's the only one still alive with an ALLOY bike! yikes!

Erica is crying into her sandwich roll from the local Spar cos she dented her new bikes wheel!!

Terry McNipples will still be talking about getting a new bike in another 10 years time!

Marko is giving up the painting to become a marraige counsellor...
