Certainly delivered as advertised "fire road climb, loose rocky / descents" not a root in sight to scrub off speed on
High light descent of the day was the run of the top down 400m in 3k going down and down unrelentingly over lose rocky stones gravel football size boulders hoping for the best thinking maybe should have topped up the knee protection with the rest of the body armour + full face
A day for improving riding skills on rocky trails up hill and down brilliant outing
