Sadly no birthday cake but I did get a new bike and have just been reminded that I was supposed to do a long road spin on it before the Mick Byrne. Plus only 2 months til the Etape Better save the legs for Sunday.

Have fun dodging the gorse.

Long sleeves to keep warm will be no gorse of death sure you would need body armour for that

Highlight of the day still sore from the laughter.

Harri racing to the kettle not sure if he drank the tea or gave the kettle a rub and released the Geni inside, but the resulting performance impersonation one man show of Richie strutting about letting of steam, abusing the audience was a show Richie would have being proud of long may he live in our memories.
