Thanks guys!!! Super spin. The rain stopped just in time - a bit sliddery out there but fab in the sun. Queen of the mountain plotted a great route - up Massy’s, Cruagh, Legends XC backwards, back up to Tibradden cairn, boards, rocks. forest, down the other side of Massy’s crossing the river in flood. Got a wee dent on the new helmet through there. No ticks. Harri demonstrated his trailside mechanic skills (his free dance will have to wait until next week!) Home and bike washed by 1pm. Super morning. Thanks all!

That was the skiddiest, slidderiest, slippiest, wettest spin in a long time! Haven't been down legends dh in ages, and the descent off tibradden was brill!

Brilliant spin, great route. Thanks Harri for sorting my brakes out.

Nobody could join me for lunch in the ploughboy but I decided to go by myself anyway after Keith told me about their steak sandwich.

I sat outside in the sun with my bike beside me for company and tucked into a quite delicious steak sandwich with a refreshing cold lucozade in a pint glass with ice.
Nice way to finish the afternoon.
