Special spin for all the aul lads who can escape for a few hours. The plan is to head for Djouce either by road or up the hill through Glencree into Crone, route will depend on weather and who rocks up. Obviously all welcome, anybody up for it?

Well that was a brilliant morning out, we covered some amount of trails and the freestyling approach worked out well. I spent a fair amount of time off the bike slipping and sliding. That little pitstop in Powerscourt was nice thanks guys.
I hope to make the Sunday a regular spin day for me, trying to do 3.5 - 4 hrs. And change the route up as much as possible. Anybody else be up for it?
Yes im up for sundays too! Really enjoyed that today , thanks to the two Garys, Trenchy & Muiris. Yes bite marks from the midgys on me too, ill have to start wearing the repellant in the morning from now on aswell as in the evenings. They shouldnt be out when the weather's so crap , how dare they ! : )
