Amazaballs night for it ,
Unfortunately Vinny snapped a spoke and got a flat at the start so we left him behind , on his re-quest, head around the Tuesday loop in till ravens rock and then down the new trail and back up the green mile and into Knocksink.

Mick then broke a spoke, but he kept on going. Then back onto the road for a very relaxed 🤣🤣🤣 cycle home , I think that was Micks favourite part of the evening, he was so happy he didn't say work all the way home 🙈.

Ha, super night to be on the bike and a great loop, love that new trail out by ravens rock. And I love that drag back on the road but you need the fitness training Ben so I was happy to let you drag us home and I didn't want to interrupt your concentration with idle chat... thanks !
