Whoop, whoop....first spin, Miners mayhem this Friday evening, 6.45 at Laragh triangle, should be back to the cars for 9 o'clock. Big bikes only for this spin, not hardtail friendly, kneepads if you have them for the rocky descents. If you want to go and you're unsure if this spin is for you, just pm me.
This is a steady up, sketchy down spin. Carbon bikes, loads of rocks on the way down, be grand if you stay on the horse.....! 087 2988511 is my number if anyone is running a little late, weather is to be mint too.
Oh man, that was savage cabbage! Unfortunately a few people had to pull out last minute so just myself and Mal up the mountains, fair play to him for making the long drive up. Tough long, long climb from the start to get us up to Lugduff, Mal blowing a bit red at times and wondering was there any end to the climbing, an hour later there finally was, scenery galore and a class descent down to Spinc with the view to beat all views, it's truly breath taking. Boardwalk run down to the bridge and over to the sketchy zig zag trail, such hard work and fun, over to lake and back the green road. Epic stuff in a 2 hour spin!
