Sunday 18th Spin Ticknock Biking .ie Hut @ 9am

After missing last week I think another bash at the Sunday loop is in order. Depending on time we might even try sneak into the Lead mines for a lap of the club course on the way back to break up the bit on the road. Will be trying to keep it moving with as little stopping and starting as possible to keeping it flowing well.

Great spin. Fern flow was class. Missus was pulling out with the kids just as I got home, happy days, got a kip in on the couch just there. The stuff of dreams.

Ha, goodstuff! Small crew today with just Maurice and James but still a nice little spin in what started out with weather that was better suited to sailing not mountain biking. That powerscourt powerstop with that cappuccino and muffin was just what we needed. Thanks lads, maybe a route change for next week.
