wow - I've pains everywhere - tried as best to keep up - no such luck. had some great fun on the downs; on the last jump trail i had the closest big smash I've ever had no idea how I saved it - down off a vertical bounced the fork near vertical. Hilarious, Janey I'm toast now

Good numbers out (8) considering the rugby match today.
Got a takeaway salad, coffee and cake afterwards and sat in the sun with big T to eat it while he had his own flask of tea and fruit cake.
Proper deadly spin, over 1200m of climbing not too shabby for a Saturday! I was proper fooooooked after scar and almost bailed but hung on in there, could barely do the jumps by the end.
Al had his salad.... But we saw him going into supermacs in the spawell garage.... Caught rapid :)
