I’m hoping to come along Erica but haven’t sat in a bike since early October so am a bit worried about making it up all these hills!
Is there a bail out option if I’m dying?
Like a swamp and had the hurtiest knee ever as some sniper root got me big time. Broke my shoe which was the worst bit. Other than that it was a lovely morning. Big happy birthday to Erica Grant too

Ah that was great fun! So many trails in djouce, there was a few spills here and there, hope all the bodies are OK. Great to have Caroline, rasher and G fair back out on a spin, don't leave it that long till the next one!
