Another great spin (they are coming think and fast). Lots of single track, plenty of sliding around on the roots and shlomp, even more craic. Pace was nice, good gang out - great to see Harri - more of the same next week Harri :-) and there were plenty of thrills and very few spills.

Thabks guys, that was great, didn't expect so many out for a Sunday jaunt. Me, dave, Niall, neville, Keith and harri. As neville said, all the classics! Some bits riding amazing and some other bits just pure plop!

Unreal, single track nirvana hardly saw a fireroad at all. 3 rock can really serve up non stop xc action. Loved it lashing down everything with gay abandon.

Nicely stuffed after my lunch too hurrah! Amazing still buzzing!

thanks all, great to be out - can't understand why I have another cold! - some craic speeding along in the mud - i love having to commit to make it over all the roots and getting the pedaling just right - joys of mountain biking. thank all, great fun!

Super to get out for a morning on the trails. Lots covered - old and new. A bit of schlomp but no rain until the car park. Deadly buzz! Thanks all!!
