Head down the tarmac road all the way to the main road just up from the M50

Up the tarmac road past the Biking.ie hut up the walkers trail , past the barrier all the way to the mast. Finish Back down the the barrier 3rd short full blast all in
From the barrier up the tarmac climb to the rock at the fire road just before the last kick to the mast,
Then go down the metro or boneshaker , into dreamtrack to the road
4th
Up the road past the blue light pub , up the goat trail then all the way up the fire road ( redroad) to the mast
Finished all over.
