You know the drill, handy pace social spin. Something like up Tom's, the coillte trail, bit of rock and roll, dickies and I'll think of some more non techy trails to keep us entertained.
Post if you're coming
My Strava from last night says that trail is called Shizzel into Highline apparently? If Iâm thinking of the same one. We started on bone shaker and went into the forest. It was incredibly mucky, wet and slippery.
Dickie's is the newest one on that side but you turn right just out first wooded section. Starts off lovely then some drops and finishes with a rather large bombhole.
It's brill that trail & then heads further on straight across down near dream track. Few sketchy bits when u turn off boneshaker into forest & dips & rocks like Gareth said to keep u on ur toes but all walkable. Its a bit of old shizzel & then called high line. I've a feeling it cud be called dickies or homegrown further on. Its good & long. If I can do it & actually like it anyone can! Maybe finish up on that. Terry knows it. I've done it with him on a Saturday spin a while ago. There's a few bits off it aswell to shorten it. I'm up for anything, will follow the spin leader as usual. Also Niamh showed us a trail called "nowhere" & we did " satellite" last night. But as I said if people want to just cycle up & down a hill I'd do that lol. It's Saturday, we're out on a spin & that's the main thing. Yay can't wait!
There's chicken runs on the dips & ways to not go down the longer downy part that Natalie's talking about at the end and just head straight onto dream track. I've done that last longer drop bit once. But that's just my 50cents I'm sure I'll snot myself someday lol. It's not like the old IMBRC bomb hole. But that said it cud have changed since I last did it so I'm signing a waiver of absolutely no responsibility lol.
Erica Grant ur banned on doing anything until October sure! Young Lady! Loads of stuff up there to enjoy. I'm so psyched up now wish we cud head out now lol.
