Sorry guys didn't make it out of bed as well as Claire this morning, fell back asleep as soon as the alarm buzzed hope u had a good spin

I am a shell of my former self....but that was the perfect day for a Seehan spin ! Or so said Terry anyhow [emoji23]. Plenty of climbing - but plenty of chats too - even stopped for an aerial flyby !!! Thanks Terry and gang ! Now for coffeeeeeee.....

Despite that, it was a great spin with all the chats and laughs. Colm's wedding has now been re-organised to fit in a Bree spin. You're welcome. Hero of the day was defo Tara, who cycled ALL THE WAY THERE AND BACK! Respect. Mal managed to get through the entire spin whilst basically being broken and Rory wasn't frightened off by all the hike-a-bike. Fairly certain I heard him say he'd be back for more. MADs loss, to be sure. I didn't see Terry feeding you Jaffa cakes on THIS spin, is all I'm saying!
