It's a while since we ventured around Ballinastoe area! Meeting at the main car park. The rolly new Expressway will be checked out and some other stuff. Bring your fivers for the coffee, bar and bike wash :)

$#1t - I messed up, just waking now. Looks like super weather and a great group. Enjoy.! I’ll do a couple of billy-no-mates laps of the league course instead of my first Epic Saturday spin in ages.

Thanks to Lawdie and the rest for the spin. It was a great tour of all Ballinastoe has to offer. I tried to leave twice but wasn’t let. Most of the spin felt like a climb but some lovely forest trails made it worth it! Longest spin to date on the mtb for me. Fair play to Conor for keeping up on his first club spin, if I was feeling the pain I can only imagine his pain!

Great spin all, thanks Lawdie. Nice gang out and thanks Terry for humouring me with the second runs on POG and Expressway
