Here is a nice recipe if you have any donkey meat around

Was great to be back out with my Saturday spinners after such a long time. I'm used to getting up at 8am everyday so I forgot how much time is needed to get ready for a spin so I was rushing around like a blue arse fly [emoji854] Forgot to bring my shoes. Was so desperate, I tried to squeeze into Terry's size 6 shoes. I'm 10.5 . Wore runners and still enjoyed the spin but don't want to repeat that.

Weather was good and we were fortunate with no mechanical issues and enjoyed a nice route.

Had lovely lunch with Lawdie afterwards in the pub with outdoor tables on the left before Circle K before you hop onto the N11.


Thanks Oscar for the recipe for Donkey stew. Just need to find a butcher now that does Donkey meat [emoji491] [emoji28]
