Ooh that's great news there building more trails further up didn't know that! That was fun today, was great to be somewhere that we've not been too in ages, great group out, bit too short & sweet for me as Mom was having a senior moment with technical difficulties over blue tooth on her phone so had to go early & try rescue her & then I had to meet a friend at 3. Anyway thanks all!
Thanks Terry, plenty more trails to come there and Ticknock. Fireroad from GAP to the masts was like Grafton Street. So many walkers out, Biking.ie was packed too.
Need one of those UCI tablets to check Lawdie's bike for a motor, tearing up the climbs today and steering him onto all the black trails. Conor was styling it on the jump line, hard tails aren't dead yet. Always good to have a communal feed after the spin, even if it is in questionable weather.
60km on the e-bike door to door mostly in eco mode, plenty of power left but glad I declined the invitation to do another lap of Ticknock with Mr E-EWS on the way home as I fell asleep at 8pm on the sofa watching the men's XC race. Just over 100km in 2 days, wouldn't have been able for that on the trail bike [emoji4]
